Who We Are

Few sports require as much thinking per mile as sailing - the sailor has to measure the speed and direction of both the water and the wind, which can constantly change, and then manage an array of sails and underwater hydrofoils at the correct angles to create motion in the desired direction.
Atlantic Sailing Experience was created by Captain Vazzano to combine his passion for sailing and a career in education. Join him for a charter to see the Chesapeake Bay close up for a Sunset Dinner Cruise, an overnight to the Eastern Shore or an exciting day racing it will be an experience you will not forget soon.
Looking for a little more adventure? Join the crew for a Wednesday Night or Weekend Race and experience the exhilarating sport of sailboat racing. Participate in hoisting, setting the sails and tuning up for the exciting start as multiple boats try to hit the line with speed and clear air as the gun goes off. Get together with some friends and join our team for the day!
Atlantic Sailing Experience focuses on Team Building Programs for executives, offices and all groups brought together to accomplish tasks. Your select group will discover how to achieve their objectives through cooperation, effective communication, planning and leadership. Click on the Team Building link to learn more. We've begun Client Appreciation sails where colleagues can enjoy the day relaxing, sailing Wharf Rat, winding down from the hard work completed and putting it all behind while concentrating on the tasks of sailing.
